The news that everyone at Voice of Africa Radio and the entire African Community have been hoping for was announced by Ofcom ; The Community and the team has been waiting anxiously since November 2004, since made a bid to become one of the first full time community radio stations in the UK. After one year, three months of waiting for a decision the news that everyone has been hoping for has come through.

Voice of Africa Radio team will be taking time off to celebrate this great and long-awaited news. As part of our preparations to launch the FM station, Voice of Africa Radio has now opened its doors for anyone interested in getting involved with the station log onto our website and fill the feedback form and leave your details.
