Reporter - Femi Akanmode On the 3rd of September 2004, Lagbaja put on a great performnace on the night,he was very energetic and got the crowd very involved from 'Genesis to Revelation' as we found out he was quite the comedian. He performed a lot of material from his catalogue of music including Oyin Momo, Side By Side, and Crowds' favourite and one of his biggest hits till date 'KONKO BELOW', which lasted almost thirty minutes, the audience just loved the song. Moreover, his saxophone playing is still as fantastic as ever and the rest of his band and backing singer also put on a great show. Some of drummers actually stole the show on many ocassions when the star was catching his breath. If you call yourself a Lagbaja fan and you haven't seen him performed live then you need to have that experience. | | The enigma behind the mask seeming to stare straight at our cameraman | | | The Voice of the Voiceless sharing a joke with his adoring fans in the audience | LAGBAJA showing appreciation (pronounced Appre-see-a-son) to a female fan | | | The man, "Omo baba muko muko" and his instrument | Oni bata yi o kare.
